PAYMENTS
How do I pay for my purchase?. We are based in New Zealand and only deal with NZ based customers. We appreciate payments by direct credit through internet banking. Details are provided at the shopping cart. Shipment will be made once funds are cleared, so please bear in mind that it can take several days for funds to appear in our account.
We accept credit card payments for Visa and if you come our store at 31 Marion Street Wellington, by EFTPOS.
All transactions are in New Zealand dollars.
GIFTS & GIFT WRAPPING
Are there any hidden charges for postage, packaging or GST? No. The final cost to you is stated clearly before you authorise payment.
Can I arrange for my order to be sent as a gift?. Absolutely! our gifts are wrapped and there is an option of a card if you'd like, and you are able to supply a message/greeting which will be handwritten into it.
You will also be able to access more information about this service at the shopping cart. Remember to enter the lucky recipient's address in the delivery address section of the shopping cart. All items are sent without an invoice, as this information is emailed to the purchaser instead.
How do I buy Gift Vouchers?. Vist the shop and purchase the value of the gif voucher you'd like. Enter the contact name and address of the person to receive this gift voucher by emailing us after the purchase, include the. Don’t forget to enter in the special instructions section, such as your personalized message to the recipient. The delivery options for our Gift Vouchers are:
- E-Voucher (No extra charges)
An e-voucher will be emailed to you or the recipient within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Gift wrap and Courier (+$4.95)
A voucher will be printed onto bonded card, wrapped with care in tissue and ribbon and couriered to the lucky recipient.
How Do I redeem my Gift Voucher? You just need to enter the voucher number in the space provided at our shopping cart. Freight will be added to the total and cannot be redeemed using the voucher.
All Greentech NZ vouchers must be redeemed in one transaction only, no refunds will be made. There will be no balances left remaining. If you need to spend more than the value of the voucher you can top up the payment with any of our usual payment methods.
All vouchers expire 6 months from date of purchase.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
What happens if I need a refund? All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card including GST, excluding courier charges. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from Greentech NZ.
What if I don't like the item I've received? We offer a no-quibble guarantee on returned items, providing you return them within 7 days of receipt, in original condition and in the original packaging. Simply let us know whether you'd like a replacement or a refund. Please note that all returns and exchanges must be agreed in advance with a member of our team, by contacting us first at

What if I want to return a gift? If someone has sent you a gift from Greentech NZ but it wasn’t quite right, then you can return it in exchange for a credit note which you can use to redeem on our web site. In the event of a gift return, please follow the returns policy outlined above.

If you return your order to us within 7 days of receipt, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging, we will be happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price or exchange the goods for another item**. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received in accordance with the returns policy. Please be aware that you will incur an additional freight charge for the delivery of the replacement item (unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent to you in error).
PRIVACY What is your Privacy Policy? Greentech NZ does not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage to enter your payment details via a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This method ensures that the information submitted is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized users.
